How it works

1. Submit Your Application

Complete a short online form telling us about your small business or nonprofit, your goals, and how a new website could make a difference. Applications are open nationwide until October 1, 2026.

Form located at the bottom of the page.

2. Review & Selection

Our team carefully reviews each application based on eligibility, mission, and overall impact. One recipient will be selected each year, depending on circumstances and project availability.

3. Kickoff & Planning

The selected applicant will meet with our team for a kickoff meeting to discuss design direction, brand goals, and website structure. We’ll handle all copywriting, research, and on-page SEO setup.

4. Design & Development

Your website will be professionally built using Webflow or React.js, up to five unique pages (or more if the project requires). Hosting and maintenance are available separately.

5. Launch & Feature

Once complete, we’ll launch your new website and feature your story across Asolace’s platforms. We may showcase your project as a case study and include a small credit link to Asolace in your website footer.

Eligibility

To ensure fairness and alignment with our mission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Business Type

Open to small businesses and nonprofit organizations within the United States. Applicants do not need a business license or EIN but must demonstrate genuine effort and progress in building their business or organization.

Commitment & Communication

Participants must be responsive and cooperative throughout the project. Timely communication is essential — applicants should respond within 1–2 business days during the website process. If the selected recipient fails to respond within 3 days, Asolace reserves the right to select another recipient or cancel the project.

Application Rules

Only one recipient will be selected each year. Applicants who are not selected may apply again in future years. Applications may be submitted directly by the business or on behalf of another eligible business or nonprofit.

Industry Restrictions

Businesses and organizations involved in adult entertainment, gambling, or similar industries are not eligible.

Collaboration & Content

No assets are required to apply. However, providing logos, photos, or brand materials may strengthen your application and improve the final design outcome.

Client Eligibility

Both new and existing Asolace clients are welcome to apply.

Agreement & Rights

The selected recipient must sign an agreement confirming project details and granting Asolace permission to feature the completed website in case studies, social media, and promotional materials. A small credit linking to Asolace will be included in the website footer.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Asolace Annual Free Website Promotion (“the Promotion”) operated by Asolace LLC, registered in New York, USA. By submitting an application or participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Asolace Annual Free Website Promotion provides one selected small business or nonprofit organization with a complimentary website design and development service. Participation and selection are subject to eligibility, review, and approval by Asolace. The Promotion may not be held every year and is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

2. Application & Selection

Applications must be submitted by the stated deadline. Only one recipient will be selected based on eligibility, impact, and alignment with Asolace’s mission. All applicants will be notified by email. Asolace reserves the right to choose an alternate recipient or cancel the event if the selected participant fails to respond within three (3) business days of selection.

3. Project Scope

The complimentary website includes up to five (5) unique pages, built using Webflow or React.js, with basic on-page SEO, copywriting, and content research. Scope and features will be determined by Asolace based on the participant’s goals. Applicants may request features, but final inclusion will be decided by Asolace. Hosting and maintenance are not included but can be purchased separately.

4. Timeline

The typical project duration is 1–4 months following the kickoff meeting. Timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur based on client responsiveness, project complexity, or other circumstances.

5. Communication & Cooperation

Participants must actively collaborate and respond to project communications within 1–2 business days. Failure to maintain communication may result in disqualification or project cancellation.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

The completed website may be transferred to the client at any time upon request.

  • All content created for the project belongs to the client once transferred.
  • Stock photos or shared assets may continue to be used by Asolace for other projects.
  • If hosting is purchased through Asolace, ownership of the website remains with the client, and hosting may be canceled at any time.

Asolace retains the right to showcase, reference, and promote the completed website in portfolios, social media, and other marketing materials.

7. Footer Credit

A small credit link to Asolace will be included in the website footer. If the client wishes to remove this credit, a $2,000 removal fee applies.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Asolace is not responsible for any business outcomes, including but not limited to sales, leads, or search rankings. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all website content before it goes live.
Asolace reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Agreement & Promotion Rights

By participating, applicants grant Asolace the right to use their name, logo, and website for promotional purposes, including case studies and online showcases. The selected recipient must sign an agreement confirming participation, project scope, and promotional permissions before work begins.
