At Asolace (“Company”), we provide month-to-month SEO services to clients located throughout the United States. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
No Refunds
All Sales are Final: Due to the nature and quality of our services—where insights, strategies, and optimizations are delivered electronically and consumed as we work—we do not offer refunds for any payments made.
Monthly Service Payments: Clients are billed on a month-by-month basis for SEO services. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation of Services
Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel our SEO services at any time by providing notice via email or through our client portal (if applicable). However, any payment already made for the current or previous months will not be refunded, credited, or prorated.
Future Charges: Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent months after the effective cancellation date.
No Guarantees
Performance & Results: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, such as search engine ranking improvements or increased website traffic. Each website’s performance is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.
Stripe Disputes & Chargebacks
Stripe as a Payment Processor: We use Stripe to securely process client payments. Any disputes or chargebacks will be handled in accordance with Stripe’s dispute resolution process.
Evidence Submission: Should a chargeback occur, we reserve the right to provide evidence of services rendered to Stripe in order to dispute the claim.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continuing to use our services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
